Pink Organza Ribbons Wedding Cake

The wedding cake is called "Organza" as all the ribbon on it was organza. The bride wanted bows, swiss dots, and calla lillies. The flowers are gumpaste painted to match her colors. Word of warning, organza "floats" on a cake so you have to have patience.

Angie Rombeck-Smith is a mom (and very young grandmother!) from Northwest Missouri. Her passion for cake decorating came out of a desire to make the cake an event of it's own and use unique and innovative decorations. She says that when she grows up she wants to be Margaret Braun.
