I have been decorating for almost 10 years, and am self-taught. I have recently gotten into doing 3-D work and fondant & gumpaste, and I love it. The 3-D Blue cake below was for my son's 2nd birthday this past June, and the Princess cake was for my daughter Sarah. All of the others have been for friends and family, with the exception of the gold anniversary cake. That was a "mini" tiered cake. It stood only 9 " tall. I did it for a local restaurant who needed a tiered wedding style cake that only fed 15...and they got it!!
