PUMPKIN PIE DIP

One of my favorite holiday recipe a friend makes
is Pumpkin Pie DIP... Even people that hate pumpkin pie love this...

Southern Livings Pumpkin Pie Dip

Ingredients:

1 15-oz. can of pumpkin pie filling
1 8-oz. package of cream cheese

Directions:

Mix well with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.

Add:

1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger

Mix well.

Serve with apple wedges and gingersnap cookies.

Variation:

Use up to 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of ginger. Taste and add....
