To Our Customers:
Kimberly and I know that you care how your personal information
about you is used, how we handle that data and what we do
with it.
Any and all information we receive from you is kept confidential
and is never disclosed, released, rented or sold to anyone,
not ever!
The credit card information you send to us is via a secure/private
server that is protected by Firewall Software. This information
is encoded (scrambled) to ensure that the numbers cannot
be stolen or retrieved by anyone during the transmission.
All information is stored in our office, never left on the
server and can only be accessed by Kimberly, Earl, two Office
Managers and me. No warehouse, shipping or any other employee
has access to our files. It is totally unacceptable to us.
Our Affiliate Representatives never see any information
about customers except the first initial and last name as
noted in their commission reports. NO addresses, phone numbers,
credit card information or other information is given to
them.
We appreciate the trust you have placed in us and protecting
your privacy is very important to us and we will not let
you down.
