Peppermint Balls
I2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 tsp milk
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons finely crushed peppermint candies
1 drop red food coloring
1 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup powdered sugar
6 tablespoons finely crushed peppermint candies

Combine room temp cheese & milk and add 1/2 cup powdered
sugar slowly. Stir in 2 tabelspoons candy & food coloring,
set aside for filling. Cream butter, 1/2 cup powdered sugar,
mix in vanilla, then flour. Knead dough into balls, make a deep
well in center of each ball. Fill with 1/4 tsp of filling, shape
a scant 1/4 tsp of dough into a flat round, lay on top of filling;
press gently to seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, bake
350F for 12 minutes. Roll warm cookies in combined 1/4 cup powdered
sugar & 6 tablespoons peppermint candy.

Peppermint
Fondue
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups single (light) cream
1 cup icing sugar
6 tsp cornflour
peppermint essence, to taste mini Chocolate Cakes (use petit
fours baking cases)
Directions:
Put cream and sugar into a saucepan and heat gently until almost
boiling. Blend cornflour smoothly with 1 tablespoon water, add
to cream and continue to heat, stirring all the time until thickened.
Add essence, to taste, then pour into a fondue pot and serve
hot with mini chocolate cakes.

Peppermint Malt
3 cups chocolate milk
1 qt. vanilla or chocolate ice cream
1/4 cup malted milk powder
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
Coarsely crushed hard peppermint candies
6 peppermint sticks
Place the chocolate milk, half of the ice cream, the malted
milk powder, peppermint extract, and ground cinnamon in a blender.
Cover and blend till smooth. Pour into six large, chilled glasses.
Top each drink with a scoop of the remaining ice cream. Sprinkle
with crushed candy pieces. Place a peppermint stick in each
glass. Makes 6 servings.

Quick Peppermint Pattie Cappuccino
Ingredients
1 small (1-1/2 inch) YORK ® Peppermint Pattie, unwrapped
and quartered
2 teaspoons milk
1 cup hot brewed coffee
Directions
1 In large microwave-safe mug place peppermint pattie pieces
and milk.
2 Microwave at HIGH (100%) 30 seconds or until candy is melted
and smooth when stirred. Stir in hot coffee until mug is almost
full.
3 Top with whipped cream, if desired. Serve immediately.
