Spiderman Webs
Ingredients: 2 sticks butter, 1 cup powdered sugar, 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour,
1 egg, 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest, mini M&M candies,
1/4 cup chocolate chips (melted) and orange candy confetti

Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line several baking sheets with foil and set aside. Using a mix on medium speed, bet butter and sugar until creamy, about 2 minutes. Beat in flour, egg and zest until a dough forms. Fill a pastry bag fitted with a large round writing tip with dough. Pipe cross patterns onto cookie sheet (there will be three strips, each about 4 inches). First make one strip, then make a strip over it (like a plus sign in addition), then a third strip over both strips (forms a star). Then connect the tip of each strip to the next strip and then in the middle of the cookie -- this forms the web. Note: These are very delicate, fragile cookies. Add a mini M&M (body of spider) and two color confettis (eyes).

Spiderman's Love
Rice Krispie's classic recipe and make into a ball. (Hint: rinse your
hands in cold water before forming the ball and dough will not stick to your hands).
Ball should be bumpy, not smoothed out.
Set on waxed paper and cover with Nestle' melted chocolate chips and let set.
Add chow mein noodles for the spider's legs.

Superman Delights
Use any round cookie recipe or pre-made cookies from the bakery or grocery store.
Dip half the cookie in to melted white chocolate chips or thinned canned frosting. Immediately dip partway into candy confetti sprinkles.

"S" for SUPER Hero
Make an "S"-shaped cake by using an angel food cake pan.
After cake is baked and cool, cut in half. You'll have to "C" shaped cakes.
Leaving one "C" where it is and slide the other "C" down to form an "S".
Frost and decorate.

Superman Cupcakes
Use black licorice laces to create reproductions of Clark Kent's glasses
and place one on each frosted cupcake

Super Heroes Cake
Frost a sheet cake with superhero toys
and piped words, such as:
POW, KABLAM, and BAM in zig-zagged expression bubbles.

Compliments of Wilton.com

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 lb. (4 cups) confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon milk

Note: Do not use light cream cheese or butter substitute. If margarine is used, icing will be softer. In a medium mixing bowl, cream butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and milk. Beat on high speed until smooth (30-60 seconds). Thin to ice cake smooth; use full strength for piping borders. Yield: 2 3/4 cups.
