Easter Bunny Cakes

Ingredients:
One
baked round cake (8" or 9")
4 cups white frosting
1 baked cupcake (w/o paper liner)
pink frosting (cupcake)
posterboard or heavy construction paper
Black candies (eyes)
Pink candies (nose)
Black licorice strips (mouth and whiskers)
2 cups flaked coconut
Cut the cake in half. Frost the bottom of one side and then put the two halves together like a sandwich. Put some frosting on a plate, then place the cut side down so the rounded part of the cake is showing standing up. Frost the entire cake. Draw and cut ears from the posterboard and insert the ears into the cake. Frost the cupcake and attach sideways to the cake with frosting to form the tail. Use the candies and licorice for the eyes, nose, mouth and whiskers).
