Rubber
Ducky Cake

Any
cake, any frosting. (Based on personal experience, 'Pound'
cake is the best for cut-up cakes. It is firmer and cuts
easier). Using pattern, cut out the pieces on your cake
and assemble as shown in the second photo. Dye coconut to
colors to match your baby shower theme
( http://www.cakeworkscentral.com/tips-hints/coconut.htm
)
and
add jelly beans or mini candies to form the ribs of the
umbrella. Crush a candy bar, use brown sugar or dye coconut
brown to decorate umbrella handle. We prefer and use Baker's
Coconut, not because this cake is compliments of their web
site, but because we've found it to be the best after years
and years of making cut-up cakes!
