The wedding cake is usually multi-layered and the top layer is traditionally
taken home and frozen for the couple to have on their 1st anniversary.

When decorating a cake with fresh flowers, make sure they are nonpoisonous. You can check with a local florist.
Add your fresh flowers just before the guests arrive to ensure their freshness look and smell.
